In-person and online rituals for everyone!
This year-and-a-day program is an opportunity to enrich your personal practice and become a contributing member of the Starflower community. The program welcomes pagan practitioners of any experience level, pantheon, age, or gender.
The program consists of eight classes that are aligned with the Sabbats of Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnasadh, Mabon, Samhain, and Yule. Classes are held in person at private residences in the East Bay when COVID conditions allow, and are otherwise online. Each class is approximately two hours long and may include a ritual to create sacred space and practice ritual techniques. Classes focus on topics such as herbalism, warding, and deity worship, as well as learning the structure and covenants of Starflower Coven. For each class a $10 donation is requested, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
In order to fully complete the program and be deemed an Dedicant of the congregation, a minimum of six classes must be attended. For classes that are missed, aspirants are requested to connect with the instructor or other students to catch up. Classes will be scheduled on the Saturday or Sunday before or after a Sabbat, depending on the instructor's availability and the availability of the majority of aspirants.
